Return to article: How to Create a Gift Basket for a Movie Buff
on 9/23/2008 This is one good way to give gift to someone that has everything. Thank you for sharing
on 8/21/2006 I used a theater popcorn tub , added two 20 oz sodas, a few regular size candies, a gift certificate for a movie renal (or two), ice cream and pizza. Wrap the tub in cellophane wrap and tie with a nice bow. We were able to give these great gift 'baskets' for Christmas gifts to our siblings without breaking the bank this year. We made our baskets for $30/family, but obviously with gift cards the price range is limitless!
on 11/22/2005 Instead of using a basket that may never be used again, you could use the tub style microwave popcorn and tuck your goodies inside there. Of course, it wouldn't be large enough for a movie poster but it works great for some candy, gift card, and small bags of chips.
on 11/22/2005 I'm only 14 but I would think you could add a Blockbuster gift card. Add some popcorn to munch on while watching the movie, too. Add a couple of hot chocolate mixes to drink while watching the movie and voila, you're done!
on 11/22/2005 Last Christmas my brother and his wife needed a good chef's knife, which I bought. I also bought a copy of "Psycho" and wrapped the gifts separately. Each of them opened one gift at the same time. Funniest Christmas ever!
