on 6/30/2006 When painting, add a 5 ml bottle of our favorite oil to 1 gallon of paint. Mix well. The oil will counteract the unpleasant smell of the paint. Because essential oils are not fatty oils, they will leave no oil spots on the walls.

on 11/22/2005 Put drops of essential oil on heat register filters. When your heater or air is on, it gives off the aroma. In old homes, drop a couple of drops on a fabric softener sheet and put it in the floor register.

on 11/22/2005 Put 3-6 drops of lavender oil on a couple of cotton balls and toss them on each shelf of your linen closet or drawers. Whenever you go for a towel or sheet ... ahhh!

on 11/22/2005 A fabulous pick-me-up bath combo is: 5 drops rosemary oil, 4 drops lemon oil and 4 drops clary sage oil added to a warm bath. Rosemary will stimulate your thinking process, lemon will refresh, and clary sage promotes an all-over feeling of well-being.

on 11/22/2005 Fill a 12-oz. bottle about 2/3 with coconut oil. Add 2 to 3 oz. sweet almond oil. Add about 1 oz. pure vitimin E oil. Add your favorite essential oil - amber or sandlewood are nice. This is a great massage and hair oil, but can be used in bath also.
