on 8/8/2006 On a fast break:
While running, stop and get into shooting position. Jump back with your opposite foot, and shoot with full power. Otherwise, you will air ball.

When posted up:
Fake forward. This will make your defender step back. Jump back, shoot with full power, and do a basic fade.

My signature move:
Fake forward. Go between their legs, and then off their head. While they are stunned, jump back and shoot the fade.

on 3/29/2006 Drive toward the basket, stop on a dime with a crossover. Good look at the basket! I averaged 20 points a game in High school just with this move.

on 11/22/2005 Dribble with your strongest hand to one side, then as your opponent comes near you do a crossover dribble; the franchise crossover. Go one way then bring the ball back, now take a good look at the goal, and jump back taking the fade away.

on 11/22/2005 As you are approaching a defender, turn around so that your back is up against him. If you are on the right side of the goal, you will leave your left foot down and then pivot. Pivot to the left and fake him off, act like you are going to shoot the ball. Then pivot to the right (still leaving your left foot down) and shoot the ball.

on 11/22/2005 Start to back your man down, and after you back him down a little, with your back still facing him, fake left (assuming you're right handed) and then turn around to your right (which should leave you open if you did the fake correctly) and shoot the ball.

If you're left handed, then just fake right, and then turn to the left and shoot.

on 11/22/2005 With your back to the basket, do a fake spin move, then turn the other way and arc your shot so that you don't hit the front of the rim.

on 11/22/2005 Post up with your back toward the basket.
Now dribble and give a little bump by leaning back or using your butt.
To create space, turn to your left and plant your right foot behind your left
and bend your knees very low (not too low).
Jump as high as you can while leaning and jumping slightly backwards. When you feel that you are high in the air, make sure that your elbow is in line with your palm on the ball. While going backwards, your body is twisting a little. Flick your wrist hard. While you do that, your right leg is supposed to kick out but don't try to kick any one.

on 11/22/2005 Use this move as your going in to the basket if you can't beat the defender off the dribble. Practice this just by stopping crossing, and fading away to create room.
