on 7/31/2008 If you've never written a business plan before, know that it is a big undertaking and requires a LOT of reading, planning and careful attention to detail. This is an area that you should consider paying someone with a proven track record of success in writing thorough business plans.
on 2/6/2008 im am so freaken smart!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@!~~!~~!
on 11/2/2007 One of the problems of writing a business plan is the intermediate step between the idea and the final product. I would recommend a software like QuickPlanner Plus to help take concept to grounded objectives, mission, strategies, programs, and other elements. Once you have those in place, the rest of the plan is fairly simple to achieve.
on 11/22/2005 What exact procedures must be in place to open your doors & run your business effectively, profitably? Often operations are overlooked in business plans when they're actually THE backbone of a company. Go to www.like-clockwork.com/intro.htm. Great manual!
on 11/22/2005 If you have done your homework and your business plan tells you that your idea won't work - won't be profitable when it should be, trust the plan. It's lots cheaper than throwing money at a startup.
on 11/22/2005 Business plans should sell your idea. Be precise and to the point. A well-written plan can get you connected to your dream! Use BizPlanBuilder from Jian for the best results!
on 11/22/2005 Make sure you present your plan in an easily readable format. Use graphs, charts, tables and illustrations wherever you can. Use color too. Just because you are writing a business report doesn't mean you can't make it attractive.
on 11/22/2005 If you're looking for funding and your plan will be presented to investors, I strongly recommend that you use a professional business plan writing service such as www.bpiplans.com.
on 11/22/2005 SBA tip: The fail rate is very high without a written plan. So, write it down - even if your business plan is only a few notes on the back of an envelope! It keeps you focused. Modify your plan as you gain experience with your venture and your market.
on 11/22/2005 In your business plan, talk about your competition and what advantages you offer to be competitive.
