on 8/8/2006 I've found that turning on some music and dancing when I'm sick is good for my body and my spirit. Being sick can be awfully boring, but dancing can help that.
on 11/22/2005 Whenever you have the sniffles, take a nice walk. You should just walk. If you run, your body will get all worked up and you'll feel even worse. Take nice slow walks. Take your time and enjoy the outdoors.
