on 11/22/2005 His energy shield can absorb all long-range enrgy-based attacks (e.g. Fox's gun or Mario's fireball). Doing this is really good because each time you're hit, you heal yourself one-half of your total damage! It doesn't block short-range or non-energy-based attacks, you just get hurt and go flying.Also, this one's really hard, and you have to time it well, but if a slow long-range attack (any type) is coming at you, and you smash right or left, whichever way it's coming from, and hit it right on with your bat, you can reflect the projectile. It's risky, but you can really surprise someone with it, especially Samus' charge-B.
