on 12/16/2007 Spinach Dip is super easy! I usually skip on the mayo, I like to use half cream cheese, half sour cream. It won't harden, and it will still keep the cream cheese sort of flavor, ya know? :)

on 11/22/2005 Instead of cream cheese, substitute 2 cups of mayonnaise. That way the dip won't harden while sitting out.
