on 10/22/2008 Good, easy-to-follow recipe! I also recommend putting in some chestnuts too, which can really add some great flavor, and sausage can be tasty too... You just need to cook and shell chestnuts first and then mix in with other stuff before stuffing...

on 7/11/2008 Dude! It's not real stuffing if you use the packaged bread crumbs. Just make it from scratch. If you are going to go through the trouble of doing it halfway, might as well finish the job.

on 11/19/2007 Add an apple - Peel, core and dice 2 apples and add to bowl with other ingredients before mixing. And/Or - Use apple juice for part of the liquid.
