on 7/23/2008 Thank you. EXCELLENT!!! I can't wait to get into the kitchen with this one.
on 2/28/2008 People like me use these sights because we need direction. This would have been a GREAT recipe had it been mentioned to use COOKED RICE (like every other recipe I saw after I had to find out why I had a gigantic mess on my hands!!!) THANKS ALOT> thumbs DOWN.
on 2/28/2008 Seems like a nice recipe- would have been nice if it specified that you need COOKED RICE before I made a gigantic unedible mess. THANKS<
on 1/13/2008 I really have to try this, I didn't realize it was so simple. Thanks.
on 1/8/2008 I can't get enough of the mix of veggies, rice, scrambled eggs and soy sauce. Very addictive. Thanks for the great article.
on 1/8/2008 Great stuff...never realized how simple it was to make fried rice. Now I can make my own healthy version of it and enjoy something I used to love eating. Thanks
on 1/4/2008 I'd recommend using the oyster sauce over the soy sauce. It just tastes better that way. Add some chinese sausages for a better flavor. Also, a great tip is to use day-old rice. It won't stick as much.
on 7/8/2007 If you strain the rice before cooking it it will not be sticky, so you can use it immediately. Also if you want instead of cooking in a skillet, or wok, try putting them on the grill, but on a metal dish(the ones with the holes in it). I have had great success using these tips.
on 3/18/2006 Instead of meat you can use imitation crab.
on 4/19/2008 Above all else, you must make sure that you don't add the rice immediately after boiling. It must be left in a refrigerator for a while (preferably overnight). :)
on 11/22/2005 When you boil your rice, you can add a chicken stock cube for that extra seasoned taste.
on 11/22/2005 add a bit (1/4 of teaspoon) of crushed garlic while stir frying for extra spice.
on 11/22/2005 The easiest thing to do is to put whatever you like to eat in the rice. Then just start mixing it in.
