on 11/22/2005 Click on 'EDIT' then 'PREFERENCES' then click on 'Clear History' then 'Clear Location Bar'. Then click on 'Advanced' then click on 'CLEAR MEMORY CACHE' and also 'CLEAR DISK CACHE'.
This will ensure that no embarrassing locations appear.
Easy as pie!

on 1/15/2008 In Internet Explorer, press Ctrl+H to open a sidebar with your Internet history. You can now select specific sites and pages to delete from the history. Double-click the little folders or right-click and choose "Expand" to see individual pages. Highlight what you want to delete (only one at a time) and use the "Delete" key or right-click and choose "Delete".

on 11/22/2005 This trick deletes stored info from the computer about the sites you are on - graphics, backgrounds, etc. If you have a slow modem, it could create a dramatic change in your speed for a while.
