on 6/18/2009 Find out why many American households are choosing to protect their families by taking a Proactive Wellness approach to Family Health! If you drink alcohol, coffee, caffeinated beverages, smoke, have an immune system compromised due to environmental factors, or suffer from the persistent discomfort of dehydration you owe it to yourself to adopt a proactive wellness strategy. on 3/21/2008 There is a remedy that is 100% safe. It's Chlorophyll. There's nothing worse that a child with constipation issues. If chlorophyll is safe and effective for small children, it will help you. It's fantastic because there are no harmful side effects like with medication and it's amazingly effective. It also doesn't cause cramping like laxatives. Take chlorophyl and your BM will be smooth and easy without strain. Go to mynews2u.com and find out more. He's the link! Try it!

I checked it out with my pediatrician and he thanked me for reminding him of it. Now he recommends it to all of his constipated kids!

on 6/30/2006 Get your child to become more active. This, combined with water, helps the body move things along, and often also helps relieve the stomach pain!

on 2/25/2006 We keep the small bottles of apple or prune juice on hand. If our guys seem to be straining, we give them a jar of the juice and things have always returned to normal. The small jars are perfect for single servings.

on 11/22/2005 1) Try inserting a rectal thermometer for a minute or two. This may stimulate a bowel movement.

2) Use an enema to flush out the bowels.

on 11/22/2005 It really helps to allow your child to take a nice warm bath and relax. It really helps my child to have a good bowel movement soon after she gets out of the tub. It has worked every time.

on 11/22/2005 When your child is on the potty and is in discomfort, draw pictures for him/her on a little chalk board or play games. It seems to ease their discomfort.

on 11/22/2005 Sometimes a high fiber diet is still not enough for a child that has chronic constipation. See a pediatrition that specifies in that particular field.
