on 8/13/2008 I just paid a $350 electric/water bill in July, these will peak during weather extreme months and you will have to have funds to cover these utility bills. Ask you utility companies to put you on a budget plan if you want to even out your monthly bill to avoid the peak month bills from swallowing your paycheck.
