Return to article: How to Plan an Easy First Date
on 7/11/2007 I always feel some sort of excitement during my first date w/ a gal,but then ill make sure that our first date is the most memorable one!!
on 8/8/2006 You should make a plan of combining a few things together. If you live in a tropical country, then it would be great to meet after work, have a chat, drink some tea or coffee at the local mall. Then take the person for a walk in the park, see how feelings develop. If you have a good result, you can plan more intimate activities.
on 7/26/2006 If you are a teen, keep in mind that going to the movies on a first date puts pressure on making out (a good or bad thing depending on your personality).
on 11/30/2005 You scored some tickets to a sneakpeek that's a genre you both enjoy. when you tell him/her "i scored two tickets to see the ____ snekpeek, do you want to come with?" it sounds like you've had those tickets for a while and gave some thought into who to give the tickets to. movies are unoriginal and seem like you had no other ideas.
on 11/22/2005 If you like a girl romantically. And you know that she likes you in the same way, then a movie is great. Before you ask her out, take her out to see a movie. It's not really a date but it's fun for both of you. And it works.
on 11/22/2005 There is nothing more romantic than taking a walk with her through a park, talking and laughing, and getting to know each other. Time will fly by quickly and a lot of knowledge will be gained about the person on the date.
on 11/22/2005 Try tea and stimulating conversation. There is no other first date. I don't care what anyone says. Unless you're going out with an immature girl who HAS to be dazzled with lights and bright effects, this is the best way to go. Women love to talk, and this is cheap, even if you go to Starbucks. Going anywhere else is probably extra money, unless you're going for a stroll in the park, or window shopping, but at least with this, you have a place to sit down and talk.
on 11/22/2005 It is always good to have a conversation with your date but sometimes they don't always talk about the most interesting things. Even if you have no interest, listen attentively and try to understand and relate to the conversation.
on 11/22/2005 Try to have some thing to talk about on the date. If you don't you'll feel sort of weird just sitting there. So try to have a few back up conversations but don't do all the talking let your date say something to
on 11/22/2005 A great first date is bowling. You can talk and you don't have to have much skill. When your date goes to bowl, you can also check out their butt:)
on 11/22/2005 Going to a club to hear a band play or see a comedian is a great idea because it's cheap and you will have something to talk about later if you go out for coffee (or on your next date.)Avoid expensive concerts at big arenas though, because unless one of you is rich, deciding who will pay can be uncomfortable. And you can't talk and get to know each other because it's too loud.
on 11/22/2005 Don't talk about your ex-boyfriend/girlfriend.It turns people off.
on 11/22/2005 Be sure to plan the movie as the first part of your date, so when you are eating dinner you have something to talk about even if you have nothing in common.
on 11/22/2005 You should go to the mall and maybe eat there! Or get a soda or milk shake. Then tell him you like him and you want to be more than friends! All guys I know love to shop.
on 11/22/2005 I find that a comedy club is a good place to take someone. It's casual and you can still share conversation.
