Several people I know have managed to stock their RV pantrys with anything from a months worth of food to a years worth, so it's something that can be done by nearly anyone living in an RV. And their RV's are not super-sized ones either.

Because of space limitations, I try to compact the food into the smallest possible containers. More often, we have to buy as we go along as there just isn't room to store extra food. I keep about a week's worth of food at most in the RV.

This is absolutely true. Thanks for this valuable information about stocking the RV pantry. We recently came through a disaster last year after Hurricane Ike and it was a mess. Being prepared is the ONLY way to go!
