on 11/22/2005 Pull - scull out to a Y, scull under to chest then extend to a glide. Kick - ankles to bottom, hook feet outwards, whip together to a glide. As you extend the kicking action starts. Ensure you have completed you kick before starting another pull.

on 11/22/2005 When your head is above water after the glide, inhale via your mouth. When your start the glide, put your head under water and exhale via the nose.
