on 9/24/2009 Hi, I have tried everything listed here and nothing seemed to help. I recently found this site where I found a cure to stop my sweaty palms
http://www.sweatypalms.info
Its been so much better for me going out into public now. Thanks for all the great information

on 7/23/2009 Hi all I used to suffer from excessively sweaty hands and I tried everything from Hydrosal and Secure wipes and stuff. I was too afraid to get Botox treatments.

I eventually had the most success with Iontophoresis but my Drionic cost me a lot of money like $3000.

A friend of mine made their own using a guide at www.sweatinghands.net

It is a lot cheaper and just as effective. I wish I had known about it before I shelled out all the cash.

Oh Well!

on 5/4/2009 I get sweaty palms when playing basketball or sometimes when i get nervous. I use a lotion from www.ghostgrip.com that has worked well for me. It usually lasts for about 4 or 5 hours whenever i need it. It may help you out. - Gary

on 1/14/2009 Hello, I've tried almost everything to cure sweaty palms.. Drysol, herbal remedies, baby powder.. you name it. The only cure that did work is iontophoresis! I made my own device at home (for just a few bucks and it's sooooo simple) after finding andy goodmans cure and I'm 10000x thankful for that becuase my palms don't sweat anymore at all!!

PS: just search for "cure my sweaty palms" by andy goodman

on 7/3/2007 I have had Hyperhidrosis for as long as I can remember, and I have tried almost everything with the exception of injections and sergery. Aluminum Chloride is available by Rx only and it is effective, however the application process is rather inconvenient. You have to apply the product and then wrap your hands in plastic wrap which is to be held in place most likely by a glove. this process is to be done once daily at bedtime.

on 8/8/2006 I've got hyperhidrosis, but I find that if I drink a lot of water, exercise and run, it relieves my stress and sweaty palms.

on 8/8/2006 Use Drysol. I've always had sweaty palms, even when I wasn't nervous. My doctor suggested Drysol, and it helps me control my problem.

Give it a try (talk to your doctor).

on 8/8/2006 Get endoscopic surgery. I did, and I don't sweat anymore. The above tips are great, but surgery is quick, painless and keeps you dry.

on 7/10/2006 A dermatologist recommended Drysol to me. It may make your skin a little itchy for a while, but I think that it's worth it.

on 3/20/2006 Put on the air conditioner, even in the winter, or the car air conditioner. Or you can just wave you hands around fast.

on 11/30/2005 Wear a jacket or sweatshirt and pull the sleeves over the hands if you need to shake hands with someone.
