on 6/25/2008 Very nice! It's very hard to close your eyes and attempt to hold perfectly still for 30 seconds. It reveals how much motion continuously rushes through us.

on 11/22/2005 A great way to practice balance for the tree pose is just to rest one heel against the inside of the other leg as if you were going to lift into full tree but just lean the foot on the inner ankle rather than bringing it all the way up to the thigh.
