I have a question that's been bothering me for a while. Is it possible for a human to take a full body enema?Like from the, already cleansed colon, to the small intestine and so forth to the mouth(puking water).Without any severe damage to the organs of course.I have been wondering that ever since i saw a few images with that kind of an enema.

I have a place I go for high enemas that really cleans me out well, and I feel wonderful afterward. I try and do these as often as possible, at least every 3 weeks. They use different length colon tubes on me, starting with a 20", then 30", 50" and 60". I find these are far better than colonics for me.
You have to allow lot's of time, at least 3 hours, and it can take up to 5 hours or more. Lots of lubrication is very important, both external and internal. They are given both on my knee's with my head down, and on my back with my legs in stirrups wide apart, bottom elevated.
They take turns giving them , while the other massages me. I know there is a long waiting list, so I consider myself very lucky.

I like to give myself at least 2 enemas. I start with about 1 quart of warm water and 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. I give it slowly and try to hold it as long as I can. After I expel that, I wait a short while and then give myself 3 quarts of warm water. I find this very effective and relaxing.

As is common with people born with Spina Bifida, chronic constipation is forever an issue. As a child, and young adult, I had little success with enemas. Years later an informed nurse let me know about retention nozzles. It has a balloon that inflates after insertion and holds the enema fluid inside of you until the balloon is deflated. This has improved my life greatly. I can now take regular enemas to keep cleaned out and constipation is a thing of the past!

I was really nervous, but figured this would be the best way of clearing things out (things were sluggish). I ordered an enema kit and found it easy to use. Administering the warm water enema was simple and curiously relaxing. Releasing everything was great and it felt natural, unlike laxatives with their spasms. I would recommend this to anyone.

I use the old fashion way of receiving an enema. While in the tub I use a jug with soap and water. I rinse with clear water afterward. Try using glycerin soap from the chemist, it's very mild.

For a real good cleansing, insert two suppositories first, expel then take a plain warm water enema,I found this really cleans me out good!

Another way to give a good enema is to have the person receiving the enema lay on their back on the bed, with a pillow under the back to raise their bottom up slightly. Slowly give them the enema. Also, they can bring the knees toward the chest, if that is more comfortable.

I love enemas. I use it partially to clean myself out and mostly because it feels good. I give myself 2 quart enemas. Sometimes I take them really cold where you can feel the water going through you, but it is really hard to retain the water that way. I prefer warm enemas because they are relaxing and feel very good.

Brew a strong pot of coffee in the morning and let it cool completely. Fill the enema bag with the coffee and use as you would with a normal solution. The caffeine in the coffee has given me good results.

Many times if you are really constipated, a single enema provides relief, but it does not give really thorough results. I routinely take a second enema, unless I got unusually good reults. I've found the second enema to be very effective.

on 8/8/2006 One should also always thoroughly lubricate the rectum and anal entrance prior to inserting the enema nozzle and tip.

on 6/30/2006 Gently and slowly lubricate the anus; it will help the person relax who is receiving the enema and the process will go much smoother.
