on 12/28/2007 Most of the time, a spin serve will be your second serve. But don't slow down your racquet speed. The harder you brush up on the ball, the more spin will be applied. More spin will result in a more consistent serve and you could use it as your second serve or first serve to mix it up. Just make sure you swing faster than you would for a flat serve.

on 8/8/2006 Remember, wherever you bounce the tennis ball that is the spot that you have to toss the ball.

on 11/22/2005 When you smack the ball you have to break your wrist. Pretend that you are waving up and down to someone. After you master this, you can hit a perfect serve. Waving makes sure that the ball goes in to the box and not long.
