on 8/8/2006 If you left the clothes in the dryer too long and they have wrinkles, just throw a damp hand towel in the dryer and start the dryer again until the hand towel is dry. This has worked every time for me.

on 11/22/2005 Adding a dryer sheet to a towel load makes the towels less absorbent. I skip the sheet and opt for a wrinkled absorbent towel.

on 11/22/2005 Put a large absorbent towel in the dryer with your clothes and it will dry them faster.

on 11/22/2005 In between washing and drying, if it's possible, hang the clothes out to dry a little. Get some of the moisture out, then dry. It'll help the clothes to not shrink in the dryer. It takes time, but will save you money in the long run.

on 11/22/2005 Button shirts and blouses before drying. This helps keep the fabric flat and less likely to wrinkle. Also, removing and hanging "wrinkle-prone" items while still slightly damp helps lessen wrinkles and makes ironing easier, if necessary.
