on 7/18/2009 Just realized I can include a chapter on empaths in the book I'm already writing, thank you for that! Working on it...

on 7/18/2009 I don't know of any books but I will certainly write one if there's a need!

on 2/5/2009 Thanks for this article! There is a huge difference between "knowing" what to do, and actually DOING it! Unfortunately, I haven't been doing it lately, and my life has felt very much out of balance. Your article is a great reminder to me. I'm very, very empathic, and I since I've changed what I eat everyday, I'm baffled by how sensitive I've become. But getting free of all that addictive, toxic food the more reason for me to take better care of myself. Thanks for writing this!

on 1/23/2009 Thankyou for sharing...I was feeling abit loopy today following an attunement yesterday so you've definately helped me to rebalance.

on 12/12/2008 This is wonderful advice. I've found it hard to find decent info like this since so many people don't take being empathic seriously.

on 12/7/2008 I think those of us who have this sometimes have a hard time believing in it because we expect it to be clear and evident instead of the confusing and sometimes anxious experience it really can be. You did a great job of pinpointing the feelings and offering help for something most people wouldn't realize one would need help for. Thank you! Loved it!
