on 1/16/2008 Best way to lose weight is to walk as much as possible every day. If you are lucky enough to be able to use treadmill any time of the day checkout http://www.thenetrunner.com you can get a strap that attaches your laptop to your treadmill allowing you to walk while you work.

on 12/11/2007 I tried many ways to lose weight. But all no success. So I gave up. I got a news on plusmingle.com which says Being fat is ok as long as you're fit. It's so great for me! No need hard lose now! Just do some exercise to keep healthy is ok.

on 11/25/2007 Thanks for all of the above comments. I do not drink enough water. I am going to do better. I love Special K an I also love bagels--what about a tab of diet jelly on my bagel--I have been everywhere trying to loose--I am going to put my best foot forward and try harder. I would like to see my grandchildren grow up...everyones inspiration has given me the lift I needed. I often think how I found this site...It has been so beneficial to me--I have learned so much. Thanks to all

on 11/25/2007 I'm a "grazer" i pick all day ,I have several fruit bowls placed strategically throughout my house.I never buy bread or lunchmeat and when i'm running errands i take 2 apples and a large glass of icewater with me in car.

on 11/14/2007 Guys do not starve yourself, your only setting yourself up to gain more weight back when you start eating again. Your body thinks your starving and builds extra fat to prepare for the next time this happens.
