on 11/22/2005 Do interval training: if you run, bike or powerwalk as fast as you can for one minute, then slow down for a minute and a half for 40 minutes, you'll be well on your way to losing weight faster!

on 11/22/2005 Pick up a bag of sugar, and feel how heavy that feels. It's probably no more than 5 pounds, so when you're thinking, aw man, I've only lost 5 pounds so far, remember how heavy that bag of sugar feels. And the same with 10 pounds - pick up 2 bags of sugar.

on 11/22/2005 Eat grilled chicken and steamed vegies. Don't eat junk food have a snack that consists of an apple or carotts and dip. Find low cal foods. Tae-bo has worked wonders for me and making up dance moves.

on 11/22/2005 Every time you think about eating something, think about something else that you enjoy doing: watching your favorite movie, going out with a friend, etc. Just keep busy and it'll (sometimes) keep your mind off of food. You can do it! Be strong!
