on 9/10/2008 Yes I agree exercise does help but I found something which works for me. I have bee trying to lose some of my weight and had such ahard time. Then my friend told me about SlimAlli. I found that as long as I go for a brisk walk daily , not only does it speed up the metabolism to help you lose weight faster but also if you do cheat a little, you don't feel as guilty as you would if you were being less active. on 8/4/2008 There are many guidelines as to how much exercise to do. At a minimum, 30 minutes of well paced cardiovascular exercise should be done at least 5 days per week if weight loss is the goal. Of course, for maximized results, some sort of resistance training must be done. The best method that is also easy and convenient for most? A total body dumbbell workout routine that can be easily completed in 12 - 15 minutes, 3 times per week. Add stretching and abdominal exercises for warm up and cool down.

Want to get weight loss results faster? Add 5 - 30 minutes of extra cardio work each day, emphasizing short bursts of increased intensity levels. What I am talking about here is getting out of 'cruise control'.

Challenge yourself, but make sure to go at a pace that you can do safely. As you get in better shape, you will be able to handle higher levels of workout intensity.
