on 6/25/2008 I set small goals..Portion contol and light exercise worked wonders for me.First I was having problem with portion control but I purchased pill called SlimAlli from www.slimalli.com web site that product helped me to control my hunger and gave me added energy. I lost over 93 lbs and I am proud of it. All my friends was jeleous first, but they are using the same :)

on 6/15/2008 People, don't listen to celtic james. This isn't a regular quickfast weightloss that only certain people can use. These are guidelines that everyone should follow period!!! I give it a 5/5 rating and I'm going to save this so that I can remember to use these.

I started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties.People used to glare at me when I went out and I really wanted to do something about it. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose any weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss product. I tried it out and it actually worked really well. Within 4 months I managed to shave off 65 pounds completely. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now without having to carry all that extra weight around. on 6/13/2008 I hate to tell you team but there is no way to do it. By stating there is a way, you are saying that one routine fits all. What people need to do is to find out what suits them and their bodies and stick to it. After all, what suits john doesnt always suit jack.

on 6/10/2008 I agree with the idea of using a treadmill desk all day. I have seen the WalkStation and the TrekDesk as two of the best for this. You can find it at www.trekdesk.com. Combined with sensible eating this combination will definitely give you the results you are searching for.

on 6/5/2008 Most people can not stick with rules. I am one of them. I knew what I need to do but could't control my hunger and had low energy. Friend suggested to use SlimAlli. I bought from www.slimalli.com, it worked magic for me. Controlled my appitite and gave me energy, I am 95 lbs lighter now. sorry I gotta go shopping now, for new dresses...;-)

on 5/25/2008 I lost 90 lbs. on the Belly Buster Diet at www.bellybusterdiet.com and they applyy these same principles. It is a metabolic diet that is low carb, low fat and easy to follow and very inexpensive.

on 5/13/2008 I used this patch called Apple Diet. I saw a review on USA today and it works wonders! It is really inexpensive and it has shed so many pounds, and this is for real! I lost 30 pounds in one month with doing nothing but taking these natural pills! I never knew something like this could exist! The diet is so in-expensive within no time you can lose so much weight! on 4/28/2008 Watch out that you don't drink too much water. It can be very dangerous, odd as that sounds. I think we need to hear more about the MAYO CLINIC study that found that lean people burn an average of 350 more calories a day because they are up and moving more than the rest of us. I took this to heart and started using a desk over my treadmill. It has helped me lose more than any diet ever could and I am not dieting, just walking 1 mph. Came across an affordable and interesting product called TrekDesk at www.trekdesk.com which I plan on buying soon. I am done being over weight. This time I know it!
