on 12/2/2008 Chunky soup mmm (weren't they endorsing the NFL?)...loved it as a kid..used to add water to increase liquid content and decrease salt concentration..so it'll have a smaller effect on hypertension. Rice is absolutely filling.

on 12/1/2008 I love rice, and use it in a lot of the foods I eat. Eating rice is a great way to keep energy going as well.
