I love those bags, I use them for other meats as well. You nailed this article, breast side down. The only way to cook it besides deep fry.

Roasting the bird upside down is a great idea. The very first time I made the Thanksgiving turkey, I roasted it upside down---by accident. But it turned out to be a happy accident because this position really does make the meat incredibly juicy. Now I always start a Turkey right-side up just so the breast side gets brown, but then I always turn it upside down after about 45 minutes. It's a great trick.
