it can alleviate the allergies? it has CAUSED symptoms with me... encouraging me NOT to consume honey! should i take an antihistamine after starting to feel crummy, or should I suffer through it?

Good tips for allergy sufferers. I heard taking about a teapoon of honey from the area you lived in worked wonders for curing seasonal allergies from an alternative medicine specialist several years ago.

Of course, it must be raw honey, unheated. We are allergy-free and attrribute that in large part to our healthy diet, which includes local honey.
