on 7/29/2007 I gave up coffe-I had headaches for three days (use advil) and felt fine for about four days after that. Then I started to feel like I had the flu, had headaches, cramping, sweating, nausea, and couldn't sleep. That lasted for three days. on 11/22/2005 One thing that revives your brain when you hit that slump is to go outside for 5 minutes and breathe fresh air. And drinking pure orange juice also helps.
on 11/22/2005 When making your coffee in a drip machine every morning, gradually use less than what you normally use until it's so weak you can stop altogether without the horrible headache.
on 11/22/2005 There is a homeopathic remedy for caffeine withdrawl that helps with headaches & general malaise. I've used it and it works great.
