You have a good perspective on avoiding back problems, I like it. How many people just struggle to do things properly and consistently though? So true! Working and stretching agonist and antagonist muscles as well as keeping the core strong is vital to overall health. Thanks for sharing your wisdom.

I had to learn the hard way that having 8+ pound babies can cause pelvic and back problems on a petite frame. Exercise and stretching really help, but my chiropractor is the king! Good tips.
