on 10/11/2008 Perhaps if you just greased the baking sheet with a thin coat of oil (olive oil would be good), it would add a bit more crispiness to the fritters and thus eliminate the need for the pan fry? Regardless, I'm off to pick up some squash!! Cause this one sounds ROCKIN!!! Thank you!! :)
