on 10/2/2008 I love these kinds of "passive fitness" tips. I've also heard that drinking very cold or iced water is good because it forces your body to work to bring your temperature back to a normal level. I'm sure it's not the same burn as a 30 mile run, but I'll shave calories off wherever and however I can...lol
