when i was a month or so pregnat i had my first orgasim an i could only have it when i was on top but as the months went by it took longer an longer to come an now it dose not come at all why is that? an will it come back?

This is a great article. I can speak from experience that arthritis and the medications for it can create challenges. BUT with patience and creativity you can overcome it.
