on 9/8/2008 Great article! I rememberber once asking a friend why she ran maratons. she said it was the quickest way to get her workout in and see the neighborhood at the same time. I started walking after that because it made sense. You're right. the best thing one can do is just start moving! The rest will follow. ^5!
