on 3/27/2009 I brought a pedometer from walmart for $5 dollars in February to track my steps. Today is March 27th and I walk 9,000 to 12,000 steps a day and have lost over 13 lbs. Yes, it does take time to work up to 10,000 steps. But its worth it.

on 12/30/2008 Adding 2000 steps doesn't sound too bad. I have a pedometer and I guess I should dust it off and get started. :)

Everyone wants to look smart, preserving the healthy body weight is important to maintain both physical & emotional comfort. Weight loss simply means to reduce the excessive body fats in order to improve health, fitness and appearance. Weight loss occurs when there is imbalance in energy production and energy utilization. When an individual is getting more energy but having sedentary lifestyle it means he is storing more and more fat in his body which can lead to obesity. on 9/3/2008 Wii Fit will let you know your BMI and if you're overweight. : ( It will also give you grief if you miss a couple days of working out. BUT, it is a strong motivator.

on 9/3/2008 I'm lucky that I spend the summer surrounded by woods. It makes me want to walk to see the big trees, chipmunks, ferns and mushrooms there.

on 9/2/2008 Great tips, I might check in to the wii fit. But I heard that it told some people that they are fat:)

on 9/1/2008 Thank heavens I go to the gym. I only have to count to 10 or 20 reps. I don't know if I could count to 2000 without getting distracted. Maybe I need counting exercises! Anyway, seriously, this is a fine article!
