on 11/18/2008 Good Article. I have always found that when you fly business class on long haul trips you don't get jet lag nearly as bad.

on 10/22/2008 Wonderful article, I drink though first a lot when landing is in sight to avoid the bathroom trips. There you can pick up "international" things you don't want to get (the air and door knobs are the problem). On very long flights with plane changes and waiting time in airports I walk around in good air, bend my knees and the like in a relatively quiet corner. I am also very fussy which bathroom I use, walk through the airports to avoid an overloaded one. Sorry to mention this, but it is important.

on 9/10/2008 Whoof walk around are you serious?!.. LOL chile please I'm holding onto the chair the whole oh shoot time... I fly, I have to, don't like it but love your suggestions. Seriously, they are wonderful tips.

on 8/18/2008 I have to print this. I'm going to Ghana and the UK this winter, and I was a little worried about Jet Lag. Thanks for the info.

on 8/17/2008 I did all these things when I went to China, except I did go to sleep to try to make the time pass. That was a mistake.

on 8/16/2008 Thanks for this. I was never bothered by jet lag until my last flight to the UK when...pow! It hit me like a brick. It's great to have some sensible tips from an experienced traveller.
