Most addicts don't know or don't care, they wreck their own sex lives and their marriages. Still, if there is someone out there who wants to quit, these are great tips. 5*

on 12/7/2008 I think if your going to watch this stuff that its better to watch adult things with your partner and not alone, or you could make your partner feel they are not attractive enough to keep your attention. Too much of anything is not good for you, so cut back on it and make it weekly not daily.

on 8/21/2008 I have a friend that did exactly what you said to confess to someone. It helped them beat the habit. Ironically, one of the things that helped him was to start looking at the VERY young girls on many of them as CHILDREN. His habit was broken when he began to think of himself as being a child molestor by indulging some of the same porn you talk about. Very well executed article and one worthy of promoting.
