on 10/12/2008 This is so true. I have found that whenever I kill mean people with kindness, they usually drop their guard with me, and soon after we become fast friends. Thanks for that great video.

on 8/17/2008 i think this really works. No matter what sitaution, wether i am being taunted for something i did wrong, or being given an atitude i kept a calm atitude smiled and laughed at my mistake and apologized and it worked out. This is very true. thank you!
