I couldn't figure out how to install and secure the belt on my sander. I was very happy to find this video clip and thought it was well-done, detailed and explanatory. Unfortunately, my sander is not designed at all like the one in the video so I can't continue. My sander is a Chicago. It has a release lever but it also has a large tension-like screw on the opposite side which is hard to tighten. I can't figure out how to easily get the belt on. Once it's on I secure the lever and tighten the screw but when I start the motor the belt just flies off.
