Got a 35mm film container, cut a hole on the lid, fill the case with a cotton ball or two, pour a tablespoon of vinegar in the case, and put the lid back on the case. Place near plants that the rabbits are eating, 4 in a 15'x15' area.

This evening is the first time I have tried it but I read that aloe vera gel straight or reconstituted with 1 gallon of warm water works well. I witnessed a rabbit turn and run after application. It smells terrible to them. Reapply after every rain.

on 8/8/2006 Sprinkle shavings carved from a bar of Irish Spring, or other strong soap, around the base of plants. The strong smell repels rabbits.

on 11/22/2005 I've found that sprinkling clippings of human hair around the perimeter of the garden works well.
