on 11/22/2005 Use a towel that has been dampened with very, very hot water. Apply it to the effected area. This will lower the itch for about an hour. That's long enough to fall asleep if you have taken pills.
on 11/22/2005 If the subject is unwilling to cooperate, a little more skill may be required. Make sure the subject is face down and straddle the lower back. Use duct tape to remove the pinworms and/or eggs. Duct tape works great and the results are fantastic.
