on 8/10/2009 You can also try a great desktop conversion tool I found called Universal Converter. It has a free 30 day trial, and is very cheap to buy as well. I use it all the time!

Here's the link:

on 2/20/2008 dchambers - You can use an online conversion tool to convert between ounces to cups or grams to ounces (you need to know what the fluid is to take the density into account though.) The unit conversion tool at easyunitconverter.com has a Volume Unit Conversion and a Kitchen Unit Conversion page dedicated to the units that I mostly use at kitchen.
