on 8/2/2006 After you have measured your coffee and placed it in the filter basket, add one to two teaspoons of cocoa. It mellows the coffee without giving it a chocolate taste!

Also, never forget about cleaning your coffee pot regularly! If you don't, the mineral buildup quickly starts to affect the taste!

on 11/22/2005 Don't forget to use fresh coffee that has been stored out of light, and in an air tight container. Make sure the coffee is ground for your filter (flat bottom or cone shape, metal or paper filters)
Make sure the water you add is cold, also. Enjoy.

on 11/22/2005 I like to mix in about 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon with the coffee grindings. Nutmeg works, too.

on 11/22/2005 For best results, use distilled water. This will have no fluorines and chlorines to add that odd flavor.
