Great tips! For me, I find remembering to take breaks throughout the day is really key or the stress builds up and it can be a lot harder to find the energy to dissipate *lots* of stress at the end of the day. But by being proactive and taking breaks, I arrive back home calm and ready to spend time with my family.

Good points on stress reduction. However, do not forget the power of simple prayer. It does not matter who your view of a "Higher Power" is...it only matters that you ask for help and guidenace daily - especially during stressful times.

Good stress relieving solutions. Get in the habit of rethinking your health options where health is concerned. Stress is the worst health offender.
