on 6/23/2009 I found that consuming 3-4 glasses of milk and fruit smoothies with flaxseed oil will give you even quicker results. Sometimes people get scared when they think about consuming 2000+ calories on the web. But calories can come easier just by dressing up foods with sauces, frut, ect. and by eating more nutritious fruits and veggies. Blending helps alot for ppl on the go. It is less expensive than buying protein supplements or ensure/booste and it taste better!

on 3/7/2009 Well, if you want to gain weight, why not?

on 2/28/2009 I have found it so hard to gain weight, I've tried over the years but always seem to remain the same weight. Weight gainers like whey protein never worked for me. I'm going to try and follow this guide and see how it works!

on 11/19/2008 I'm 48 and in the past two years I've gained up to 198 by the end of winter, but by the end of the third week of summer, I'm aleady beginning to lose it. So when summer is over and winter is beginning again, I'm right back to 183 - My goal is to get to 215 and stay there, but I don't want the as much fat as I fear I'll have - how can I achieve this?

on 11/12/2008 One more thing. The problem with protein shakes is that your body only consume less than half of the protien when there is other food in your system. So to optimize the amount of protein you consume either, drink the shake in the morning AND NOTHING ELSE. Or, DO NOT eat anything big for a couple of hours before you work out. Then when you are done with your workout your body (muscles) are craving food more than ever. Drink a protein shake and a eat banana, do not eat anything for another hour. Your metabolism will actually consume all of the protein.

on 11/12/2008 Drinking a crap load of green or black tea is good for gaining weight to. Probably like 2-4 cups a day. The massive amounts of anti-oxidants help restore cells that are on the verge of dying. Not only does this help your brain cells IT ALSO HELPS YOUR MUSCLE FIBERS!!! also drinking it before u work out is a good idea because it hydrates you and gives you an extra boost from the caffeine tea has.
