on 1/7/2007 it's too complicated..hard to follow.. are you sure there're so many procedures to set up a fan club.. so many considerations..
on 8/18/2006 Before you start the fan club, you might want to see about starting the official fan site. It's a good way to get to know the artist. Once the site and/or artist is large enough, then I would see about asking about the fan club. Also, another good idea is that instead of a fanzine, you cold have a site with all the info on it. The site would need to be updated frequently, though.
