My mom always got us up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. She'd have to keep waking us up while on the toilet and tell us to go. But that got us use to getting up and using the bathroom during the night instead of wetting the bed. None of us kids ever had a problem with bed wetting passed 3 or 4 years old. -

I am 17 years of age, and I have had this problem my life. I have done many test throughout my life, and tried many things. I have found out that going to my local chiropractor has helped me keep dry 3 or more times a week. I also lie on my back each night until I go to sleep, to put less pressure on my bladder. I use my mobile to set the alarm for around 2 AM so I can go to the bathroom even if I don't need to. -

My child used Hyland's bed-wetting tablets before bed. They were very helpful. They can be found in a health foods store which has homeopathic remedies.
