on 11/22/2005 I learned this on t.v. one day, and it really works!
Put deoderant/antiperspirant to stop the itching of a bug bite. Something inside the deoderant stick makes the bites stop itching IMMEDIATELY!

on 11/22/2005 We use a paste of meat tenderizer and vinegar. Rub on the really nasty bites and stings. A second application may be necessary after a few minutes. The swelling and itching disappear!

on 11/22/2005 I have found that putting a little dab of toothpaste (preferably paste) on a mosquito bite works wonders! It immediately stops the itch and the swelling starts to go down. Just don't forget to wash it off the next morning!!

on 11/22/2005 I take any oral antihistimine (normal dosage)by mouth of course. Then wash area bitten area with very warm water and soap and apply rubbing alcohol to bitten area. If itching returns, rub with more alcohol on a cotton ball. Bite disappears in few hours.
