on 5/21/2008 I made this pie with the roll out pizza crusts and I used bottled lemon juice instead of real lemon juice...it was very good!!
on 8/22/2006 Using cling wrap to line the crust while rolling. This makes it easier to thin the crust and to transfer to the pie pan (lifting it off from time to time to sprinkle dust onto the dough).
