I HAVE TO USE A SUN SCREEN. HOW DO I APPLY IT AND ALSO SPACKLE. IM NOT SURE I SHOULD BE USING SPACKLE PLUS THE SUN SCREEN AS MAKEUP RUBS OFF ON EVERYTHING.

First, apply a thin layer of foundation to your eyelids. Next, apply a small amount of loose powder. Then apply your eyeshadow cream and have great looking eyes!

I use a blot powder to combat the shine instead of loose powder throughout the day and that helps to control the shine. When using powder throughout the day it tends to change the complexion of your makeup.
1. Remove eye makeup around or under the eyes, and apply eyeliner where it should be. 2. Dry your face carefully with a napkin of some sort, and apply powder where needed. 3. Freshen up your eyeshadow. 4. Put on lip balm or lipstick. 5. And of course, make sure your hair looks normal. Use a bit of water if needed.

Loose powder eye shadow doesn't last long, but it has a beautiful shimmery look. Try wetting your makeup brush first and then apply. Also, don't overdo it! With powdery eye shadow you want to get the shadow off the lid never directly out of the container. Even if the shadow stays on perfectly well, you should wet the brush to prevent any excess from falling under your eye and smudging.

One of the easiest things to do to freshen up is to re-curl your eyelashes. It saves you from clumping on more mascara and you get the fresh effect. After that, you might need to touch up your eyeshadow and it's (almost) as good as new!

on 11/22/2005 For longer-lasting lipstick try applying foundation or powder to your lips before you apply your lip pencil and lipstick.
